Director of Sales and Partnerships

Experienced Sales Executive who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales challenger, who thrives in the unknown and in understanding the needs of healthcare clinics, and the various challenges they face. You will work closely with the founding team to develop sales strategies and formalize partnerships channels and pipelines. You will be conducting background research on various elements of the healthcare ecosystem to understand the motivations and factors that influences different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in go-to-market strategy discussions with the executive team.
  • Formalizing sales and partnership channels.
  • Aggregating potential partners profiles and ideal channels for approach.
  • Developing a deep understanding for the value proposition for the Wellow platform, and building an engaging narrative for the sales team.
  • Demonstrating initiative in developing ties with healthcare groups.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, and deepening your knowledge of the competitive landscape to better position Wellow in the marketplace.
  • This position will report to the executive team.

Requirements

You are an affable, engaging, and experienced sales executive who is mission driven. Wellow is a deeply mission-driven company committed to building healthcare technology to benefit the healthcare ecosystem. You are passionate about changing healthcare, and excited to build a team that can impact the lives of doctors, nurses, front-desk staff, patients, and the healthcare community at large.

  • 5+ years of experience selling electronic health record software, revenue cycle management or similar services to independent clinics or small groups.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • A stellar track record of sales achievement in previous roles.
  • Relevant experience in building and managing a sales team.
  • Relevant understanding of of sales cycle, and ability to identify potential risks in strategy.
  • Relevant experience in developing a sales plan, and identifying relevant KPIs to monitor the performance of various sales plans.
  • Passion for our mission.
  • Willingness to travel 50%
